This session will give you a step by step approach to achieving better results in those important communications.

1. Presenting Yourself for Success – Elaine McManus

We create lasting impressions by how we present ourselves professionally, both in person and through our online presence. The impressions we leave affect how others see us and can positively or adversely impact our success. This session will discuss four major ways that we project our professional image and will provide tips, techniques, and exercises that will enhance our ability to present ourselves in the best light.

Elaine McManus is a writer, adult-learning specialist, and workshop facilitator. Through her company, Professional Resume Services, Elaine provides high-impact resumes and social media profiles, interview coaching services, and personal development workshops to help clients present themselves for success. In addition, Elaine offers classes and workshops in Journal Writing for Healing, Growth, and Self-Care to guide women in embracing and enhancing their sense of confidence and personal power.


 2. Getting the Immune System Ready for Winter – Dr. Parissa Bunin

Are the kids back at school and are you wondering once again how to keep the colds and flues away this fall and winter?  Join us to get some tips on boosting your immune system - naturally.
Dr. Parissa Bunin graduated with a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of New Brunswick in 1994. She is certified in Massage Therapy by both the Dunedin College of Health (New Zealand) in 1995 and Kine Concept (New Brunswick) in 1996. Dr. Bunin further completed the four-year, full-time post-graduate program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, the only accredited Naturopathic College in Canada at the time. She is registered with the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy-Naturopathy (Ontario) and she is also an active member of the New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors. She now serves on the Board of the Canadian Naturopathic Association and is also a member of the Association of New Brunswick Massage Therapists. In addition to having a full time practice, which she shares with her husband, Dr. Judah Bunin, she also lectures at the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage.


 3. Estate Planning - It's Never Too Early – Michele Madore

Michele will speak to such items as Wills, Power of Attorney, Trusts, and of course, planning for the financial side of things.

Michele Madore is an experienced and well-rounded financial services professional. She holds the Personal Financial Planning Designation (PFP) through the Institute of Canadian Bankers and holds the Certified Professional Consultant on Aging Designation (CPCA).


An active member of the community for many years, Michele has served on various boards for non-profit organizations and in several volunteer positions. She believes in the shared strength and success that results when people work together for a common and worthwhile purpose.
