Kathy Watt (New Brunswick) is an executive coach that has devoted her career to helping individuals and organizations achieve excellence.

 

She is passionate about helping people create practical strategies to create their best lives. Known for her no-nonsense, all-out approach to living life and doing business, Kathy commits to making a difference in the lives of everyone she meets. 

For much of her career, Kathy coached and directed musical performance groups that achieved national and international acclaim. Her skills and passion for the development of people musically has translated naturally into her current work with business and corporate professionals.

Erin Curtis (Ontario) has been a part of LMI Canada’s head office team since August 2000 where she has been both a student and practitioner of personal and leadership development. She brings her passion and energy for maximizing the human potential to her role as facilitator and shows enthusiasm, compassion and her sense of humour in everything she does.

Preeti Raj (Ontario) is driven by a deep desire to provide organizations and executive teams assistance in professional and organizational development along with strategic planning. 

Preeti, a graduate B.A. from York University and a Certified General Accountant professional, thrives on working with executives and business leaders of successful companies. She enjoys helping companies executives identify their performance objectives and assist them in developing a dynamic plan for attainment using the LMI suite of Executive and Management tools. 

Preeti began her career as a public accountant and has gained numerous business skills working with a diverse business sector. These skills successfully enhance her current role as a business and personal development coach with LMI Canada. 

Preeti is a self-confident and an enthusiastic businesswoman who is dedicated to facilitating people to their full potential and specializes in results driven measurable bottom-line improvement utilizing the untapped potential of people within companies.

Ashley J. Kreze (Ontario) studied at Laurentian University in Sudbury, and continued to study a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, graduating with honours. She is a General member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists, and Psychotherapists, (OACCPP) and her work has touched the lives of clients from all over. 

Ashley's expertise with Leadership Management International, Canada includes facilitating and coaching behaviour and attitude change with Young Professionals. 

With close to 5 years experience, Ashley has a strong commitment to working with people seeking fuller, more passionate and more meaningful lives.

Paulette Richard  (New Brunswick) is presently enjoying a career in physiotherapy as a clinician and clinical director.

    ♦ Opened a physiotherapy multidisciplinary clinic 25 years ago and has recently sold to Lifemark Health.
    ♦ She travelled with the Canadian Medical Team to Antananarivo, Madagascar for the 1997 Francophone Games
    ♦ Worked as a physiotherapist at the Montreal ATP and IWTA Tour tennis championships for 10 years
    ♦ Co-chair of the medical organization of the World Junior Track and Field competition in Moncton 2010 and various other events      
       locally and nationally as a therapist.

Anick Santerre (Québec)  Passionate in entrepreneurship and personal development, Anick Santerre is coaching leaders who like her are spontaneous, driven and creators, to center their efforts towards achieving and surpassing their goals through the LMI programs.  She excels in coaching small to medium size businesses in situations of succession and of growth and even in those more difficult periods.
 
An engineer by training, Anick Santerre has cumulated more than 15 years of management experience, principally within family businesses operating in the sectors of construction, retail sales and property management.
 
Beginning in 2005, she has received coaching based on the programs of LMI and has achieved many of the goals that she had set for herself.  She multiplied the bottom line of a construction company by eight times.  Her achievements have permitted her to also overcome two major storms:  A serious accident, as well as an important liquidity crisis.
 
Having been known to surround herself well, Anick Santerre, became President and General Director, staying the course and succeeding several years later, with success, the sale of the family businesses in 2013.

Melissa Dawe holds an undergraduate and graduate degree in engineering from the University of New Brunswick. She currently works at UNB as the Director of Strategic Projects in the Office of the President. In 2009, Melissa participated in the first cohort of Women’s Leadership in New Brunswick under direction of Kathy Watt.

 

 

In her spare time, she enjoys running, Pilates, cross-country skiing and reading. Her latest hobby is learning to mountain bike. She got her first mountain bike last fall and can’t wait to get out this spring for more lessons. Melissa is also a member of the Board of Directors for Women in Transition House.

 

 

Michele Madore is an experienced and well-rounded financial services professional with ScotiaMcLeod. She holds the Personal Financial Planning Designation (PFP) through the Institute of Canadian Bankers and holds the Certified Professional Consultant on Aging Designation (CPCA). 

An active member of the community for many years, Michele has served on various boards for non-profit organizations and in several volunteer positions. She believes in the shared strength and success that results when people work together for a common and worthwhile purpose.
 

 

Wendy Southworth is owner, President and full time Executive Recruiter with Priority Personnel Inc. She provides valuable expertise to employers seeking temporary and contract employees and recruits exceptional candidates for permanent and executive career opportunities. Finding the Right Fit is what she does best! 

Wendy is an active member of the business community and has volunteered as a Board of Director for the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce (2006-2009), was Chair for the Membership Committee (2008-2009) for the Fredericton Executive Association and was Vice President for the Women In Business Network (2005-2008).
 

 

Judy Wood, owner of J L Wood & Associates, provides financial consulting, bookkeeping and payroll services to small and medium-sized businesses. 

Prior to forming J. L. Wood & Associates, Judy spent more than 30 years in the financial services industry. She has served on several boards of directors in the Fredericton community, and has been recognized for her outstanding fundraising efforts on behalf of the Chalmers Hospital Foundation.

In addition to financial services and consulting, Judy provides one-on-one, customized training and mentoring to assist companies in setting up and using financial management software.

She combines personal attention with her financial acumen to help her clients achieve the financial management goals of their business. Judy is a member of the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce and the Women in Business network.
